about The Courtyard
Breathing life back into a space that once thrived on bringing the best live music talent onto its stage, The Courtyard will be both new and improved and a nostalgic reminder of why Austin is called The Live Music Capital.
This unique venue adorned in beautiful brick walls, has been present in Austin’s warehouse district since 1986 and we plan to keep it around for much longer! With music and special events programmed weekly, we look forward to providing a vibrant and mature space for locals and tourists alike.
Clients will find the allure of the cozy and dynamic space undeniable. Combined with our TTSP location by an over-head bridge, create events that pull your guests through different sections of the space, creating a unique and memorable experience for everyone.

1st Floor
The Courtyard area will give an outdoor feel but with the benefit of a permanent rain cover. With faux grass walls and planter boxes spilling out real ivy, jasmine and caladiums, guests will enjoy a true courtyard experience. On either side of the dance floor, guests can enter the West or East bars, each equipped with lounge seating, restrooms and independent sound systems.
2nd Floor
The sky box and mezzanine will add a combined estimated 150 to the capacity, while providing a unique experience to every show or event. The sky box will have floor to ceiling windows, a private bar and a private restroom, for a cozy VIP experience.
From the skybox, guests can walk through the wrap around mezzanine that leads to the bridge entry of the upper fourth & co bar. Our vibrant fourth & co location has been home to many exciting events since 2020 and is looking forward
